Lighten Up 4 Life is a team-based weight-loss program that offers you online resources and guidance to help you lose weight, get healthier and win prizes.
Everyone is encouraged to sign up, take the challenge and work toward a healthy body weight. And throughout the year-long program, Lighten Up 4 Life will
help educate you about the importance of maintaining a healthy body weight and how it can improve your health.
The Lighten Up 4 Life Challenge registration is ongoing so participants are encouraged to sign up at anytime throughout the year. There is no limit to the number of teams you can have from
any organization, neighborhood, church or business.
